Introduction

I am retired, living in rural France and loving it. I have two young lady Whippets, ten to twenty Fantail doves, two chickens (No chickens, dogs eat them ) and several bee hives at the bottom of the large garden. The bees don't need

It's a 17th century "long-house" with three bedrooms, an office / bedroom, three bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and workshop. The oil fired central heating works well but won't be needed in summer. The village has 417 residents about 20
