About
Tender of sheep and goats (and formerly of cattle). We're responsible and pretty dull, but like to see new places and meet new people. I'm a mostly retired accountant; he's a retired fitter/welder who likes to rebuild old Toyota trucks.
Why we want to house sit
We aren't super touristy, preferring to integrate into the local culture instead. We live surrounded by animals in our daily life so caring for them while travelling seems more natural to us.
Our experience
She's a livestock farmer with a lifetime of dog and cat roommates, the occasional fish or parrot, budgie, finch. Former wildlife rehabber. He grew up on a dairy farm, and now lives at her farm with a young whippet, a flock of sheep, a goat…
